Stop wondering how we get that perfect wave in your morning latte and start pouring it yourself. In this session, we are stripping away the mystery of the "perfect pour." You’ll dive into the science of milk chemistry to create "wet paint" microfoam, learn the physics of pitcher placement, and master the fundamental "Heart" technique. This is a high-energy, tactile workshop where the espresso machine is yours to practice on until the flow feels natural.
