Join us for Sunrise Yoga, a special outdoor collaboration between Twin Star Yoga and High Tide Coffee San Clemente. As the sun rises over the Southern California coast, we'll gather for gentle movement, mindful breathing, and, of course, exceptional specialty coffee. It's a refreshing way to begin the week while connecting with neighbors who appreciate wellness, community, and quality.

Whether you're a longtime yogi or simply curious to try something new, everyone is welcome.

A Better Way to Start Monday

There's something about early mornings near the ocean that feels different.

Our 30-minute outdoor breathwork and flow session is designed to help you reset before work, school, or whatever your Monday brings. You don't need advanced yoga skills. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothes, and enjoy moving with the rhythm of the morning.

After class? That's where we come in.

Every reservation includes a handcrafted beverage from High Tide Coffee, giving everyone a chance to relax, chat, and enjoy some of the best specialty coffee in San Clemente.
